Subscription terms
Permitext Pro is $20 per month with no free trial. It renews automatically each month until canceled. To prevent the next charge, cancel before the next monthly renewal using the method for the platform that billed you. Code reading and search remain available on the Free plan after Pro ends. Additional Research turn packs are not currently offered.
Canceling an Apple subscription
Apple bills purchases made in the iOS app. Cancel through the subscription settings for the Apple Account that made the purchase. Permitext cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. Apple cancellation instructions explain the current steps.
Apple refund requests
Apple controls eligibility and processing for App Store refunds. Submit an eligible request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Permitext cannot approve, issue, or redirect an Apple refund. If Apple revokes or refunds the transaction, Permitext will remove the related Pro entitlement or reverse the related Research turns when the verified provider event is received.
Canceling a web subscription
Stripe bills purchases made on the Permitext website. A signed-in subscriber can use Manage Subscription in Settings to open Stripe's billing portal and cancel. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period unless the portal clearly states otherwise. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
Web refund rule
Permitext will provide a full refund of a Stripe web subscription charge when the request is emailed to permitext@gmail.com within 72 hours of that charge. The same 72-hour rule applies to the initial subscription charge and every renewal charge. Search and Research usage do not change eligibility within the 72-hour window.
After 72 hours, charges and partially used billing periods are otherwise nonrefundable, except where required by law or when Permitext confirms a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or material technical failure that prevented delivery of the paid service. Canceling does not itself create a refund. An approved full refund returns to the original payment method. A subscription refund cancels the related web subscription and ends Pro when the verified event is processed. The Permitext account and saved work remain available under the Free plan. Bank processing time can vary.
Duplicate Apple and web subscriptions
One Permitext account needs only one active Pro subscription. If Apple and Stripe both bill the same person, cancel the subscription you do not want to renew and contact support. Apple must decide any refund for the Apple charge; Permitext may review the Stripe charge under the web policy above.
Lifetime access grants
Promotional or owner-issued Lifetime Pro access is not a paid subscription, has no cash value, is nontransferable, and may be revoked by Permitext. Revocation of a grant does not affect a separately purchased Apple or Stripe subscription.
How to request help
Email permitext@gmail.com from the address associated with the Permitext account. Include the purchase platform, approximate charge date, and the problem. Do not email card numbers, passwords, provider keys, or authentication codes.
